I hold the pen name "Kira Ani McGrath". For the purposes of this document, my pen name "Kira Ani McGrath" is interchangeable with my legal name. The pen name derivatives of "Kira", "KAM", "kira-mcgrath", and "Kira-Ani-McGrath" are also interchangeable with both my full pen name and my legal name for the purposes of this document. The aforementioned is also referred to as "me" and "I" in this document. The phrase "my work" or any variation thereof refers to creations done by the aforementioned party.

Noël O.C. Frodelius holds the pen name "Tashi Mae Yoshima". For the purposes of this document, the pen name "Tashi Mae Yoshima" is interchangeable with the legal name Noël Frodelius. The pen name derivatives of "Tashi", "TMY", and "tashi-yoshima" are also interchangeable with both the full pen name and the legal name for the purposes of this document.

I do own all original characters, their costume designs, and their stories that I have created for setting in the DC (Animated) Universe. These may not be used by other people under any circumstances without my direct and explicit written permission. The only exception to this usage rule is my best friend, Tashi Mae Yoshima/TMY/tashi-yoshima. She and I use each other's characters freely because they follow the same plots and are highly interactive within those storylines. Tashi owns all original characters, their costume designs, and their stories that she has created for setting in the DC (Animated) Universe. These may not be used by other people under any circumstances without her direct and explicit written permission.
